Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey conducted on October 20, 2023, Ekidzcare, had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts Band C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of an incident investigation survey completed on August 18, 2023.
